Cannot quit safe mode
Now it will only boot in Safe command line mode. I've tried going back to the "last know working" registry. PC booted ok, but as soon as I tried to do anything, it would reboot soon after. I went into safe mode successfully but there's not a lot I can do there. I decided to reinstall ATI and at least download the geforce drivers onto the hard drive. Now even the ATI card as it was creates the same problem. I decided maybe it's time I reinstall windows. I had a boot disk.

Before you start do a search on your hard disk Take your EBD out of the floppy drive and reboot. If win_20.cab is in a different location just put that in instead of c:\windows.
